Privacy Policy — 49th Floor

49th Floor ("the app") is a single-player narrative game. It does not require an account, a login, or any personal information to play.

What we collect

The app collects a small amount of anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how far players get through the story and where they stop. Specifically, we record two kinds of event:

• turn_viewed — a turn of the story was shown;
• turn_complete — a decision was made on a turn.

These events include only which turn was reached and coarse technical information automatically attached by our analytics provider: approximate app version, device type, and an approximate, country-level location derived from your IP address (never your precise location). They are not linked to your identity, are not used to track you across other apps or websites, and are never sold.

What we do not collect

• No name, email, phone number, or contact information.
• No precise location.
• No advertising identifiers; the app shows no ads.
• No access to your photos, contacts, microphone, or camera.

Analytics provider

Anonymous analytics are processed by PostHog. Your data is transmitted to PostHog's cloud and handled under their privacy terms (posthog.com/privacy).

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Your choices

Because no personal data is collected, there is no account to delete. The app functions fully regardless of analytics.
